The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (UKSC) building remains closed to the public.
We are making every effort to maintain a functioning court system in support of the administration of justice and rule of law. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, some cases will take place in person at the UKSC building whilst others will take place remotely by video conference. See the Trinity Term list for details about all cases.
The UKSC building is COVID-secure. Read more about coming to court and our guidance for all users during the pandemic. Where an in person hearing is taking place, entry to the building will be limited to parties in the case. Members of the public will not be admitted but all hearings are available to watch live and on-demand via our website.
UKSC judgments will continue to take place remotely, by video conference, on Friday mornings at 9.45am. All judgments are available to watch live and on–demand via our website. Details of forthcoming judgments will continue to be announced one week in advance.
We are offering virtual guided tours for members of the public.
Our 360° virtual tour is also available, through which people can see the building and learn about its history.
