Virtual seminar with the Cour de Cassation
In April 2021 the UKSC took part in a virtual seminar hosted by the French Cour de Cassation, concerning the role of the Supreme Court judge. Lord Sales delivered a paper on 'Law and the digital world'. His speech can be found here.
