Facts

The Petitioner is a 48 year-old Cypriot national resident in the UK. His extradition is sought by the Respondent judicial authority for six offences of tax evasion. Three European Arrest Warrants (EAWs) were issued for his arrest, each new EAW was intended to replace the one before. The EAW upon which his extradition was ordered failed to refer to the previous EAWs.
